That's so Bull !

SO my birthday is coming up on March 20 and I've already compiled a list of some things that I want! This adorable Bull Watch from Swatch included! I just love it's raw sketch like quality.  Also on the List is a New EZ up tent, and a new pair of running shoes! (you don't even want to see my current ones...). 

They've arrived!

Got home today to find a package waiting on my door step!  I'm so pleased with the way the new cards look ( and how speedy the delivery was, took 3 business days!). I'll be bringing them to my shows starting in March! The first one by the way, happens to be on March 21 at the Loch Raven High Spring Arts Fair which I'm doing to support my old high school.

Warm Weather Please!

 

Today Kirk and I spent the day in the city wandering  around the harbor and sampling food from the different vendors. Then we took a hike up Federal Hill and shot some photos. Even though it was a nice, much needed day of relaxation, it was on the chilly side. So today I was

content to make all of my pieces in a warmer metal.  Perhaps it's just my inner self wishing it were Spring....

Polyvore Makes me drool

So today I decided to collect some items in the happy color of yellow for to express my anticipation for Spring on Polyvore (my other new addiction). It's one of those things that made me say, "why didn't I think of that!" or " I wonder how much money the creators are getting..." but thanks none the less :) I really love combining the zillions of products onto the blank page and seeing what magazine like creations come about! What it really makes me realize though, is there are more yellow dresses out there on the web than I was ever, ever, EVER aware of... but somehow I want them all. is that bad?

New Postcards!

 The day has finally come  to graduate from my old and beloved way of saving money and printing my own business materials. Although I like the idea of making my own promotional materials by hand, I just can't ignore how nice ( and more professional) a stack of well cut, glossy postcards look! So today I broke down and submitted my template for prompt printing. I'm very excited to use the new cards at my upcoming shows this spring!  The above photo is what I ended up choosing for the background. 

Oh and by the way, today was lovely weather! Kirk and I ended up going running in shorts and drinking smoothies  it was so warm! So I hope everyone had a wonderful Wednesday!

I confess, I'm addicted!

I was told that many girls start dreaming and planning what their wedding day will be like starting at a young age. Dreaming up colors, gowns,  flowers and places all while waiting for Mr. Right. Unfortunately I never had those dreams, nor had I ever looked at a wedding magazine until this last year...BIG MISTAKE! Not only am I still planning my wedding which arrives in less than 4 months, but I am absolutely hooked, no addicted to  gazing at the beautiful images of flowing gowns and colorful cakes and adorable favors!!!So while the magazines were initially meant to give inspiration to my fast approaching day,  I must confess that they have become more of a distraction :) Fortunately I have at least found a way to merge  my new addiction with my passion! here are some fun pics of new designs!
