So I've temporarily reopened  my old Bead shop to try and move all of these gorgeous gemstones out of my studio! Fan Page?

Hope everyone had a great Halloween and a smooth transition into Daylight Savings! I used my extra hour to list a bunch of new beads in the Gem Shop! What did you do?  I don't have much time today but I just wanted to see what people thought about this idea: 

Would creating a Facebook fan page for Appus Design be useful to people? I'd use it to list my upcoming events, some photos of my work, and communicate with people faster. What do you all think?

New Beads!

It's like Christmas here today! I finally got my new shipment of sparkling new supplies. Be sure to check out the Shop this week as I'll be listing some of these new beauties! I have a whole bunch of ENORMOUS faceted onion cut gems this time around. I'm not going to lie, they are to die for. Vibrant Amethyst, Mystic Topaz, Blue Mystic quartz, Rock crystal just to name a few! You can e-mail me as well if you are interested in any of these lovely gemstones. Fun and New !

Came back from the beach to find a new supply package waiting for me! I have a horde of gorgeous new gemstones to work with and I can't wait to get started! I'll be listing some of my overstock in my etsy supply shop Pearlicious! So check it out for some amazing deals on rubies, cz, sapphires, and more!

While I was at the beach I fell in love with these adorable food shaped erasers from Iwako Japan. I couldn't resist the tea ceremony set along with a handful of other deliciously adorable pieces including a taiyaki fish pastry, Japanese soda, and cup ramen erasers. Check out Iwako's website for the complete list. They are so cute and completely functional! (though they are too cute for me to actually use to erase anything!) 

 This week I'm gearing up for my home show which has been postponed for August (more details later!)  along with applying for my other fall/ winter shows and  finalizing the new Website.  For now,  I 'll be tucked away in my studio  working on all of that!

New Supplies

Just got back from my suppliers yesterday and am excited to get to work with my new finds! I already have some great ideas for some extremely long earrings, they should be fun!  Also just purchased some exquisite Prasiolite trillion cut stones that will be set into some beautiful pieces later.
